3G型三螺杆泵(bèng)的使用1、泵啟動前(qian)，必須全開進油和(hé)排油閘閥。2、首次啟(qi)動泵或再次使用(yòng)長期封存的泵時(shí)，泵内無介質，應在(zai)泵的進油腔灌注(zhù)适量輸送介質，避(bi)免泵幹啟動。3、泵啟(qi)動後，應密切注意(yi)電流表，壓力表和(hé)真空表的數值，超(chāo)出規定值時，應停(tíng)泵找出原因後，再(zài)行啟動。4、軸封處點(dian)滴洩露，應屬正常(cháng)現象，當洩露量大(dà)量增加時，對軟填(tián)料密封應壓緊填(tian)料壓蓋，對機械密(mì)封應停泵修複後(hou)，再行啟動。5、用高溫(wēn)蒸汽清掃管線時(shi)，應避免高溫蒸汽(qì)通過泵内。6、如果泵(beng)長期不工作時，應(yīng)進行油封，并定期(qī)檢查油封情況，必(bì)要時重新油封。The
